About the Author
Kavita Krishnamurthi was graduated and post-graduated (Psychology) from Annamalai University in 1986. She took her M.B.A. degree from the University of Madras. An well-known author, Krishnamurthi has visited several times abroad for attending international seminar and conferences. She has published 20 research papers in national and international journals. Presently, she is working as senior consultant in many institutions and companies. Her prominent publications like Global Encyclopaedia of Business Management, Human Resource Management: Concept and Planning and Advertising Management are well accepted by scholars.
