About the Book
Business Organisation is an entity formed for the purpose of carrying on commercial enterprise that describes how businesses are structured and how to produce goods or services for meeting the needs of the customers. This book deals with the origin and development of business organisation, formation of private, public enterprises and multinational corporation, application of technological innovation and skill development, including social responsibility and business ethics. The book is having six chapters. All chapters are based on comprehensive research in organisational structure and strategy of business development. Special care has been taken to give the book a global touch. It covers almost all prominent areas of business organisation. While compiling this book, an attempt has been made to cover the syllabuses of most of the Indian Universities and Institutes of Management and Commerce. This book is designed as a reference-cum-text for students, teachers, and professionals. Author is thankful to all those scholars whose works have been used in completing the book.

About the Author
Kavita Krishnamurthi was graduated and post-graduated (Psychology) from Annamalai University in 1986. She took her M.B.A. degree from the University of Madras. A well-known author, Krishnamurthi has visited several times abroad for attending international seminars and conferences. She has published 20 research papers in national and international journals. Presently, she is working as a senior consultant in many institutions and companies. Some of her prominent publications are Global Encyclopaedia of Business Management, Human Resource Management: Concept and Planning and Advertising Management.
