About the Author

Dr. Satyapal Tondon the renowned educationist served as director of Distance Learning for Manipur. Earlier he was working as special advisor of NCERT for ten years. He has written more than five books focusing on contemporary educational problems. Tondon has won several state and national awards for his contribution to the field of education.
