The edition is a serious effort to examine the emerging trend of policy science in politics and role of theory within it. About the Authors

Sunil Chaudhary took his M.A. (Sociology) from Delhi University, Delhi, and Ph.D in Welfare Policy from Patna University, Patna. Dr. Chaudhary is author of many papers published in Journals of National and International repute. He has also presented papers in Seminars. Presently, he is associated with several newspapers and magazines as a freelance journalist.

Arvind Chaudhary, born in Calcutta and educated in Patna, is a young scholar and teacher of Econimics in R.N. Collge, Hajipur. As a keen researcher, he has written a number of research papers and articles which have been published in reputed journals and newspapers. He takes active role in academic and cultural activities.
