About the Authors
Dr. S.K. Srivastava is presently working as a Professor in Psychology Department at Gurukul Kangri University, Haridwar. He received his Ph.D. Degree in from I.I.T. Roorkee, and his field of specialization being Industrial/Organisational Psychology. Dr. Srivastava owned National Scholarship for postgraduate course and U.G.C. Research Fellowship for his Ph.D. Work. He also has served as Lecturer in Psychology in the Department of Higher Education, Haryana for three years, and since 1986 he has been a faculty member of Psychology Department at Gurukul Kangri University, Haridwar. Dr. Srivastava is associated with various academic bodies in the field of Psychology and Management. He has supervised twenty-two Ph.D. and Sixty Master Degree research works and contributed more than hundred research papers and articles to various journals in India and Abroad. He has to his credit six books, three conferences proceedings and six psychological instruments, which are widely used in psychological and social research. Dr. Srivastava has completed four research projects sponsored and financed by ICSSR and UGC New Delhi. He has organised three conferences at National and International levels in Gurukul Kangri University, Haridwar. Simultaneously, he has been member of Executive Committee of International Association for Peace Psychology (IAPP). Dr. Srivastava worked as a member of the advisory editorial board of the Research Journals.
Dr. Patiraj Kumari is presently Senior Faculty member in the Department of Management Studies, IInd Campus of Gurukul Kangri University, Dehradun Dr. Kumari has completed her post graduation from B.H.U. in the Department of Psychology. She earned Ph.D. degree from B.H.U. Besides attending National and International Conferences, she has contributed research papers and articles on various facets of Management and Psychology in leading journals of academic repute.
