About the Book

The aim of the Book titled “Organisation Behaviour” is to develop, promote and coordinate the best management practices in fast changing organizational environment of corporate world. The first section of the book provides sound information about management and ethical behaviour. The second section of the book pay attention to motivation and organization culture. The third section of the book emphasis organization development and changing job markets. The book will:

About the Author

Dr. Shyodan Singh is working as a research associate in Department of Psychology, University of Delhi. He is also Managing Editor of Journal of Indian Health Psychology, and Global Journal of Business Management. He has completed Ph.D from University of Delhi, and honoured for Research Fellowship by UCG. He has taught in Delhi University and its colleges, M.D. University Rohtak (Haryana) and also worked as a Research Officer in Indian Institute of Public Administration (IIPA) New Delhi. He has also been coordinator and resource person in several academic programmes. He has published several research papers, articles, and book reviews in National and International Journals. He has also presented papers in several National and International Conferences. He is editor of the book “Psychology of sports performance” and co-editor of “Psychoneuroimmunology”.
