About the Author

Kavita Krishnamurthi graduated and post-graduated (Psychology) from Annamalai University in 1986. She took her M.B.A. degree from the University of Madras. A well-known author, Krishnamurthi has visited several times abroad for attending international seminars and conferences. Presently, she is working as a senior consultant in many institutions and companies. Her prominent publications are Global Encyclopaedia of Business Management, Human Resource Management: Concept and Planning and Advertising Management.
