It covers emerging areas of financial services in India—an integral part of the syllabus in all leading business schools and universities. About the Authors

Dr Suman Kalyan Chaudhury M.Com.,MBA.,PGDPM&IR., Ph.D.(Utkal), is a distinguished scholar in the field of Finance & Accounting and a dedicated researcher & teacher. His superior academic credentials have put him in a status as exemplary and a role model in management. He has published 35 research papers in different refereed National and International journals and magazines. He is the authored of 2 books and editor of 18 edited books in the area of Commerce & Management. His excellence in methodology and competency in pedagogy is well accredited .He has innate curiosity and his passion for management and industry is unique in style. His experience in this vast field is unparallel. He has engaged number of students in cutting edge research. Presently, to his credit one scholar has been awarded and 10 scholars are pursing Ph.D under his direct supervision and guidance in Management & Finance area. He has participated and presented 65 papers in various National and International conferences, seminars, symposia and workshops. His area of interest on research covers Financial Management, Accounting, Entrepreneurship, and Micro Finance. He is an active member of various academic bodies i.e Life Member of All India Commerce Association, All India Management Association, All India Accounting Association, All Odisha Commerce Association, All Odisha Economics Association & Bhubaneswar Metropolitan Management Association. To his credit Dr.Chaudhury has 13 years of teaching experience, 3 years Industry experience along with 3 years research experience. Currently Dr. Chaudhury is working for Berhampaur University, Odisha  as a Faculty Member, in P.G. Dept. of Business Administration.

Mr Santanu Kumar Das is an Assistant Professor, P.G. Department of Management Studies, Kalam Institute of Technology, Berhampur, Odisha. He is also a visiting faculty to some leading educational institutions in Berhampur. He has over seven years of teaching experience in Managerial Accountancy and Finance.  Mr. Das is continuing his Ph.D. (Finance) at Berhampur University, Berhampur, Odisha. He has done M.Phil. in Management at Bharathiar University, Coimbatore, Tamil Nadu. He has completed MBA (Finance) in Sikkim Manipal University and M. Com at Bundalkhand University Jhansi. He has presented a number of papers in seminars and is the Co-author of two text books i.e. “Principles of  Management”, and “Behaviour for Managers”. He has published 20 research papers in different refereed National and International journals. His major areas of interest includes Financial Management, Insurance & Risk Management and Managerial Accountancy. He is the Life Member of IIMA, Indian Commerce Association, Indian Accounting Association Research Foundation, and Orissa Commerce Association.

Dr Chandra Sekhar Pattnaik (MBA, PGDPPM, UGC-NET, AP-SET, Ph.D) is a Professor and Principal  at Megha-Omega Group of Institutions, Hyderabad for its MBA Programme. He is an Alumnus  of   Sri Sathya Sai Institute of Higher Learning (Graduation Batch 1986-89) and a Doctorate of Philosophy in Business Administration from  Berhampur University which is accredited with NAAC A Grade. He is a rare combination of Teaching, Industry, Administration and Project Guidance  experience of about 24 years.  He is a Visiting Faculty to MBA Colleges and B-Schools in and around Hyderabad and an Approved Examiner for Autonomous B-Schools and Colleges including two prominent universities in Hyderabad i.e. Jawaharlal Technological University and Osmania University. To his credit he has published over 30 articles bearing ISBN/ISSN  Number. His areas of interest are Services Marketing including Banking and Finance, Consumer Behaviour, Promotion & Distribution Management, Statistics & Research Methodology. He is a member of All India Management Association (AIMA), Hyderabad Management Association  (HMA), Association of Indian Management Scholars-International (AIMS-International) and registered faculty member with GIAN (Global Initiative for Academic Network)
