The first chapter of this book explains the concerns and features of feminist literary criticism. The second chapter deals with the historical wave of feminist literary movement and the contribution of feminist critics in women’s liberation movement. The feminist concern by western women writers is reviewed in the third chapter. The last chapter explores some concerns of feminist theories in Indian feminist writing. About the Author
Dr. K.L. Kerber is one of the leading psycho-analysts and feminist writers who made an important contribution on women psychology. She did M.A. and M.Phil. from Calcutta University and obtained the doctorate degree from Columbia University. Presently, she works as a psycho-analyst in New York. She has published eight books than twenty research papers in the journal of international repute. She also participated in ten international seminars and conferences.
