About the Author
Dr. Vinay Ojha, is a doctorate in Management. He also has a master’s degree in Management from ICFAI University and has done B. Tech in Electrical Engineering from Nagpur University as his graduation. He has around 10 years of teaching and 11 years of industrial experience. He has worked in the companies like Bhushan Steel, Bajaj Auto at various positions. He has conducted workshops and MDPs for various organizations in the field of management and has authored many papers which have been published in national and international journals. He possesses a blend of practical and theoretical knowledge of management which is very useful in transforming management trainees.
