There is no book giving authentic information on all the aspects of the movies as given above, hence this book will be of great use to film lovers, critics, artists of the Bollywood movies.

About the Authors

Dr. A.P. Thakur is a dynamic scholar and teacher of sociology of Dr. Ram Manohar Lohia Avadh University, Faizabad. A keen researcher and film critics, Dr. Thakur has presented several research papers in the national and international seminars. He is also associated with social awareness and rural employment programmes. He took his M.A. degree in sociology and Ph.D. in social welfare. The author has several research papers and articles on history and tradition of Indian cinema published in national and international journals & news papers.

Dr. Sunil Pandey is an eminent journalist and film critics. He took his M.A. (History) from Bhagalpur University, Bhagalpur, and Ph.D. from same university. Dr. Pandey has several papers published in journals and news papers of national repute. He is also associated with social awareness and development development programmes. The author is keenly interested in India’s social and cultural issues in Bollywood Cinema.
