About the Author

Sara Zahariades is a psychotherapist, executive coach, and motivational speaker. As a coach, Sara’s strength in conflict resolution has been an asset to organisations from implementing strategic planning sessions to company restructuring. Her coaching clients have improved their leadership skills with an overall increase in professional achievements. By combining her therapeutic skills derived from counselling individuals with her communication skills as an experienced executive, she has the ability to offer a unique perspective. As a psychotherapist, she uses the principles of cognitive behavioural therapy with each of her counselling clients which also provide a structure for her coaching clients. She uses this model with the assumption that life issues are influenced by multiple domains of human experience which have biological (medical), psychological (mental) and social impacts.
