About the Authors

Kavita Krishnamurthi was post-graduated (Psychology) from Annamalai University in 1986. She took M.B.A. and Ph.D. from the University of Madras. A well-known author Krishnamurthi has visited several times abroad for attending international seminar and conferences. Presently, she is working as a senior consultant in many institutions and companies.

Ashish Pandey took his MBA from Dr. Hari Singh Gaur University, Sagar. He works as a senior manager in multi-national company in Bangalore. He attended several seminars and conference and presented his research papers, some of which had been highly appreciated and initiated a considerable research on human resource management.
