Global Journal of Business Management (GJBM) is an internationally renowned peer reviewed and refereed journal that provides a platform for researchers/ professionals to publish their high quality research papers in management and its allied disciplines. Research paper submissions to GJBM are screened and peer-reviewed to maintain highest ethical and technical standards. It gives us immense pleasure to present December 2021 issue of Global Journal of Business Management. We owe this edition to the hard work of our academicians and researchers. The present issue contunuing seven papers is covering various functional areas of management that have been rigorously selected.
The first paper of Ms. Deepika Mishra and Dr. Amirul H. Ansari examines the role of employee engagement as a driver of unethical pro-organisational behaviour and the role of organisations’ perceived culture pertaining to ethical values. In the second paper, Dr. Supriya Dam explores the status of mobile banking in peripheral regions of North Tripura with focus on Generation Y group of consumers. Its findings indicate that consumer’s mobile banking adoption behavior was unresponsive to the prevailing conditions rather driven by person under specific considerations. The third paper of Shantanu Raj and Bidhu Bhusan Mishra deals with the homogenous subgroup of people associated with the buying of convenience food based on parameter health consciousness, natural content, extrinsic and intrinsic factor and product familiarity. In the fourth paper, Ms. Mahwish Qamar, Ms. Deepika Mishra, and Dr. Amirul H. Ansari has made an attempt to analyse the trends and developmen of bibliometric overview of the artificial intelligence research in Management from 2010 to 2020. The five paper of Dr. Deepa Singh studies the role of youth entrepreneurship in economic development process of India. The sixth paper of Tumpa Dey talked about Organizational Citizenship Behaviour. The last paper of Divya Dwivedi addresses the role of information technology on HRM.
All the papers report a plethora of findings that should be of interest to researchers. We are grateful to all contributors and reviewers for their valuable inputs. We hope that our readers will be benefited from the knowledge so generated. We look forward to the continuous support of our contributors and reviewers, and invite papers, recommendations and discussions for further issues.
