About the Authors
Dr. Vikas Arora, a motivational educator and trainer is working as a Director of Management in Mulana University, Ambala. His professional experience is more than 15 years and he is specialized himself in marketing, human resource management and business communications. He has trained more more than 60,000 students till date. He is also a guest faculty in more than 60 professional Colleges/Institutes and traveled all over the world several times i.e. more than 12 Countries. His basic qualifications are M.B.A, Ph.D, Post Graduate Diploma in Advertising & Journalism (PGDAJ), and Import & Export (PGDIE).
Dr. Sheetal Khanka is a faculty in the area of Business Communication with University of Petroleum and Energy Studies, Dehradun. She has done research in the area of Knowledge Management, Post-graduate in Business Administration (Human Resource Management) and Graduate in Psychology and Economics. She has over 15 years of experience in teaching and has written several research papers in the areas of Knowledge Management and Human Resource Management. She has conducted workshops and training programs in the area of personality development, team building and Leadership skills and has also done a consultancy research assignment. She has been the convener of Nation HR Seminar 2007 HR: Leveraged Solution for Organizational Issues.
Dr. (Ms.) Pallavi Thakur (M.A. English, Gold Medallist and Ph.D. from IIT Roorkee) is a senior lecturer of English with College of Engineering Roorkee where she teaches Professional Communication and Technical Writing. She has also taught at IIT Roorkee to graduate and post-graduate students. As a keen researcher she has published eleven papers in various national and international journals, conferences and books. She has also delivered lectures on Business communication and Technical Writing for UGC-ECE programmes which are broadcasted on Doordarshan. Presently she is working on Canadian Literature and is guiding M.Phil dissertations. She is specialized in feminism and Ango-Indian Literature.
