About the Book

This book entitled, Computer Applications in Management covers all the various facets of computers and its applicability in management. The focus of the book is not merely on theoretical explanation of various concepts but relating them with the real life business situations thereby facilitating the business processes. The book, therefore, aims to serve a wide array of students of under-graduate and post-graduate courses in business management, computer applications and other related streams. It will also come in handy for business managers, computer professionals, and almost all categories of end users, etc.  This is a student oriented book and covers syllabus of universities like UGC in general and UPTU in particular as model syllabus for adoption in MBA programme conducted by universities in the country. The authors have tried to cover various concepts related to the theme in a simple language along with examples.

About the Authors

Abhishek Yadava received B.E and M.E in the field of Electronics and Communication Engineering. He has about eight years of teaching and research experience. Presently he is working as Assistant Professor at VIT, Meerut (UP). He is the author of more than one dozen books under various publications in the area of Electronics Engineering. His areas of interest include Communication Technologies, Digital Image Processing, Neural Networks and all advanced developments. He has published more than 50 national papers and 10 international papers.

Kajal Rana is one of the pronounced faculty members in the field of management. She has working experience of more than ten years and has also worked with the industry. She has written many national and international research papers and has authored many books in the field of Engineering and Management. Presently she is associated with VIT, Meerut.

S.C. Arya holds B.Sc., M.Sc., M.C.A and M.Phil degrees. He has a rich experience of teaching P.G courses in Mathematics and Computer Science. Presently he is working with Global Institute of Technology, Greater Noida (U.P). He has authored many books related to Computer Science and has published more than 50 national papers and 10 international papers.
