About the Author
Tapomoy Deb, Ph.D. and M. Phil. in Management and MBA with specialization in HRM, is a prolific writer of management books and research papers with many publications to his credit. He has delivered lectures to management students at several management institutes and actively participated in national seminar and conferences. Presently, he occupies a senior management role in industry of human resource management function and has practical experience of the subject. His areas of interest include performance management and HR branding.
