About the Author
Dr. S. N. Yadav is an eminent social scientist specialising on African and Asian issues having global implications. He visited Portugal (Europe) in 2001, and Uganda (Africa) in 1999 and 2000 for undertaking field study. His prominent publications include: Journey of Overseas Indians: Labour to Investor; Rwanda: Towards Reconciliation, Good Governance and Development; We the Minorities of India; and Indian Polity. In additions, he has published a number of research papers and articles in leading international and national journals.
