About the Authors

P. Surjith Kumar, B.E, MBA, M.Phil, (PhD) is a Research Scholar in Human Resource at Jawaharlal Nehru Technological University, Hyderabad, India and working as  Senior IT Consultant in Singapore. His research papers have been published in reputed research journals and he has authored the books “HRD Practices in IT Industry” and “Organizational Culture in Software Industry”. He has also attended various national and international level seminars and conferences on HRD.

Dr. N. Panchanatham,  M.B.A., Ph.D., MICI (USA), SME R&D (ISRAEL), M.Com., M.Sc.(Zoo), M.Ed., M.A. (Psy.), M.Sc. (Yoga) is the Chair, Professor and Head, Department of Business Administration, Annamalai University, Tamil Nadu, India. He has experience of 31 years, which includes 21 years of academic, research, and extension activities in the University for M.B.A, M.Phil. and Ph.D. and 10 years of industrial experience. As a corporate trainer, he received 36 awards and recognitions and has over 300 publications in journals, proceedings and authored books.
