About the Book
Work Life Balance is a growing concern today for employees and organizations. The issue of work life balance is expanding in India. Individuals are looking for organizations which can help them attain a balance. Balancing work life and other aspects of life and reducing the conflict relationships between two domains is crucially important. It is not just important to the employees that strive to present their work with the highest possible quality, but also to the organizations that employ them. Without effective strategies in place, incompatibility between the demands from work and non-work domains can have negative effects on the work, on the individual and society at large.
