About the Author
Dr. N.K. Singh, Ph.D. from Patna University, Patna has specialized himself in religious studies and wrote a number of important books on oriental religion and philosophy —Advaita Philosophy, Contemporary Indian Buddhism: Tradition and Transformation and Encyclopaedia of Oriental Philosophy and Religion. His focus has been, particularly, on religion and philosophy. Presently, he is working as the Director of International Centre for Religious Studies, Delhi and Editor of Global Religious Vision—a quarterly research journal.
